Pretty Pink Posh January 2025 Product Release Blog Hop + Giveaway!


It's time for the Pretty Pink Posh January 2025 release blog hop! The January release is always my favorite because I LOVE making Valentine cards. I don't know what it is about the colors and designs, I just can't get enough! 

Who knew that Valentine ghosts would steal my heart this time?! Not me, but I think all the pink ghosts this Halloween had everyone sold on how cute they are!


Speaking of the Halloween release, do you remember the candy bucket? Well now you can get Valentine Additions dies for it! You can make an adorable puppy bucket...

or a heart faced shaker bucket.  This time I filled the bucket with cake pops from the Cake Pops Dies!


If you want more shaker cards, you know Pretty Pink Posh has you covered! The Double Heart Shaker Dies make a complex shape a breeze to turn into a shaker.


There is also a Love Word Shaker Dies but I used mine to create a layered word die instead of a shaker.


The Build a Heart dies are similar to the other Build a series dies but there are SO many options to accessorize these hearts!




The Ghost Holder die was such a great idea for a cute character holding a message and now there's the Fox holder die! AND the Valentine Holder Additions Dies with TONS of options for your cute characters to hold.

And similar to some of the other layerable Pretty Pink Posh stamps, the Heart Balloons stamps and dies has an outline option, a solid option and several patterned options for the heart balloons.

Mini Valentines Day Cards with NEW Pretty Pink Posh


I adore the Pretty Pink Posh Sweet Note Dies and there are many ways to use them to create lunchbox notes, notes to leave on someone's desk, an interactive A2 and a way to give a bit of cash on Valentine's Day and beyond!


The die set includes everything you need to make an envelope that folds up and stays closed and a small square stitched card to go inside! You can also use that square die to create a decoration on the outside of the envelope.


And you can fold up some money and then tuck that inside!


The Sweet Note Dies can be used with any other stamps, and stencils to decorate it!

You can even adhere the back of the envelope to create an A2 card with an interactive element!

Fresh Valentine Color Combos with Catherine Pooler Inks!


I absolutely LOVE Valentine's Day cardmaking supplies because they are filled with bright happy colors and pretty imagery like hearts and flowers. Plus, as long as the card doesn't mention Valentine's Day specifically, they can be used all year round! It's always a good day to tell someone you love them!


Today, I am specifically talking about changing up the traditional color combos for Valentine's Day!


There's no reason you have to stick to pink and red! Trying adding in some coral or even yellow!


My favorite fresh color combo for Vanetine's Day cards is red and light (but bright) blue!


The Catherine Pooler Two Parts Hearts Stamp set makes it REALLY easy to play around with new color combos!

Valentine's and Love Themed Cards

Even though I think Valentine's Day is a cheesy made up holiday intended to sell more chocolate and flowers, I still love making Valentine and love themed cards. Honestly, you can give a love themed card all year round, right? So they are great to add to your stash! I have a couple of cards around the internet today with that thought in mind. 

First up is this circle-shaped card made with the Queen and Co. Heart Throb kit. Check it out and how I made it on the Queen and Co. blog today!

Love Shaker Card - Queen and Co Heart Throb Kit!
