How to Scrapbook Hard Times | Documenting Quarantine in a Traveler's Notebook

I have a new video on YouTube about how to scrapbook hard times and how to document quarantine.
I talk about focusing on the positive.
For me, one positive that has come out of staying at home the past few months is that I have had a lot more time to read.
I also talk about journaling gratitude.
I journaled about how grateful during hard times that I am for having our boys Cole and Crosby.
Finally, when neither of those two ideas work, it may be time to tell it like it is.
Check out the video to hear all my tips & tricks and see all the small businesses I am supporting in this video:

Top 5 Cheap Craft Supply Storage Hacks

My latest video is live and it was a FUN one to create! I am sharing my top 5 cheap and easy to find craft storage hacks. I love finding affordable ways to organize my supplies. Like this nail polish organizer for ink daubers, crystal drops and more!
I also love these large fridge bins for paper pads, stencils and large stamp sets.

These extra large binder rings are great for organizing washi tape, products on backer cards and tags.
These sugar dispensers are fabulous for large spools of twine or even loose ribbon.
These ink pad organizers aren't technically a hack since they are made to store ink pads, but the hack is all the neat stuff you can store on top of these organizers! Everything from Copic refills, ink pad refills and more!
Check out the video to see all these storage ideas in action!
I've linked all the products I used down below.
Thanks so much for stopping by today! Stay safe, stay healthy and I'll see you again soon!

Today I have a new episode of Support Cardmaking Businesses and this time I am highlighting Honey Bee Stamps!
I've got four different birthday cards made with their Balloon Card Borders Die.
You can make a shaker card!
Or use glitter cardstock.
Or customize the balloons to create a speckled look with Distress Oxide Sprays.
Or change the colors of balloons with ink blending. Add a sentiment on a vellum balloon too!

Therm O Web | Mass Produced Thank You Cards with Foiled Elements

There are so many people deserving of our thanks right now! Doctors and nurses, teachers, grocery store employees, delivery people and more! So sometimes you need a card design that you can quickly create multiple cards in a sitting.
In today's Therm O Web video, you can assembly line these cards to quickly create a bunch!
But, even when mass produced, Therm O Web cards should always shine! That's why I found a way to quickly create tiny "hand painted" foiled hearts on these cards.
Check out the video to see how it's done!

WAFFLE FLOWER May 2020 RELEASE BLOG HOP + GIVEAWAY!

It's Waffle Flower release day today and the May released is packed with amazing new stamps and dies. There is truly something for everyone or, if you're like me, a load of things to adore! Let me jump right into my projects for this month! First up is my absolute favorite! I've been asking for a stars die for a long time! This one is 100% awesome! The Stars panel die has a whole panel of 5 point stars that work with the JJ's Rainbows patterned paper pad!
I used them on both of these cards and paired them with the sentiments from the Graduation Sentiments Stamp Set. Rainbows and stars are my two favorite things!
I loved the Stars Panel Die so much that I made a video of 5 ways to use it! You can check it out here:

Next up is the gorgeous Bouquet Builder 7 Combo illustrated by Karla Jodoin. Love all the different flowers and leaves that you can layer and create your own stunning bouquet!

Remember the Flower Girl Stamp Set? Well illustrator Cassie Loizeaux is back with the same sweet girl as a tooth fairy! Love this adorable set and the fun dies from the Tooth Fairy Dies Set.

Next up is the Graduation Combo. I love the little graduation cap panel die in black in front of silver glitter cardstock, but my favorite is using one of the cut out hats on the "Hats" sentiment from the stamp set.
Another fun one designed by JJ Bolton is this beer themed set, Home Brew. I cut the beer glass and bottle out of acetate and colored them with Copic markers. The beer foam is made from Waffle Flower Clean and Clear Enamel Dots and dots of Tonic Studios Nuvo Crystal Glaze.
This month there are three sets from Kamo from the around the world series. This is Hola! I had some fun with ink blending on the Modern Neutrals patterned paper to create that colorful background.
Then there is Hello from Russua. I created the mountains with the Painted Landscape Die.
And finally, there is Prost. I used Channin's technique of cutting out hedges or hills with green cardstock with the Cloudscape Panel Die and then cutting it from white cardstock for the actual clouds.
Also this month, there's the Be a Panda Die:
I used the Be Accessories dies to cut out the Panda's tie, collar and the little hearts. But there are also accessories like a crown, purse, hat and more for the Be a Unicorn...
or the Be a Cat die.
Phew! That's a lot of cards! Now for the blog hop!
Here's the list:
