Mass Produce Cards! No Stamping Needed! Support Small Cardmaking Businesses Series - MFT

For today's episode of Support Small Cardmaking Businesses,  I am focusing on My Favorite Things (MFT). I've loved their stamps, dies, stencils, patterned paper and more for years! In today's feature, I am using MFT cardstock and 2 die sets to mass produce 4 cards with no stamping!

I love how cute, bright and colorful cards can be even with no stamping involved!
And even with just a few die sets and some colorful cardstock you can create very different looks:
Check out my video for some tips & tricks on how to mass produce cards with die cutting.

All the products I used are linked down below and in the YouTube description! Thank you for helping me to support the small cardmaking businesses that we love! Stay safe, stay healthy and I'll see you soon!

Support Small Cardmaking Businesses YouTube Series: Pretty Pink Posh

I've been thinking a lot about how hard it is for small businesses to survive during these unprecedented times. I support local businesses by ordering take out when I can, shopping at small grocery stores and more, but I wanted to do something specifically for the small cardmaking businesses that I know and love.  So I've started a brand new YouTube Series. Each week I will highlight a small papercrafting business I know and love. I will purchase several products and then share how I use them. First up this week is Pretty Pink Posh.
I've loved their sequins ever since their business began! Now they also have the cutest stamps, dies and even stencils!
This week I am using their Layered Cloud Stencils, Beautiful Butterflies Stamp Set and several sequins to create two different cards. Check them both out here in this video:

If you are interested in any of the supplies I used they are all linked down below. Stay safe, stay healthy and keep supporting those small businesses when you can!
Much love,

Brand NEW Waffle Flower Patterned Paper Release Hop + Giveaway

Waffle Flower now offers pattern paper! These papers are designed by cardmakers, so expect to see some new and innovative approaches!
For example, Waffle Flower paper pads measure a generous 5.5 inches by 8.5 inches (half-page of US Letter size). This size gives cardmakers more paper and less waste! Simply fold each page in half to make a standard landscape A2 card. Or trim a page in half to make two A2-sized card fronts. This larger size can also be used for A7-sized cards (5"x7"). The beauty of our unique page sizing allows us to have half-half designs.

I love everything about this paper! Here's just a few of the features that make Waffle Flower patterned paper special:

I love the colors in the Half Half Enchanted Dots! They all work beautifully together. I created this fun "quilted" birthday card, by place the patterned paper around the center and stitching between the colors.
I used the Half Half Enchanted Lines to create this trio of cards with the Go Girl Series.
But if you are more of a pastel lover, you will adore the Half Half Unicorn Dots or Stripes. I created this card by stamping and heat embossing on the patterned paper and cutting them out with matching dies and then arranging my bouquet. Kind of the easiest paper piecing ever lol!
I made a similar card with the Half Half Unicorn Lines too:
If you are looking for more of a midtone color, the Half Half Botanical Dots and Stripes would be great for you!
The Modern Neutrals are gorgeous patterns in beautiful grey tones. But have fun with ink blending on top and you create a rainbow sunburst without using a stencil!
I love how you can still see the lines of the pattern behind the ink blending:

You all probably know by now that rainbows are my favorite. I love JJ Bolton's JJ's Rainbows pad. The patterns work perfectly behind the dies she designed. This one makes it easy to create a colorful shaker card with the Fresh Rainbow Die!

And this one creates two toned hearts behind the Hearts Panel Die!
Or don't use them with a die, just use them as a background! I love how you can make BOTH A2 and A7 size cards with these pads! This is an A7 card that fits the large Be A Unicorn Die perfectly!

I share how to make five of different cards with 5 techniques that work perfectly with the new Waffle Flower Patterned Paper in this video:

Waffle Flower 6th Birthday Celebration Hop + Giveaway!

Waffle Flower is celebrating its 6th Anniversary! To join in the festivities, the design team and guests have chosen their Top Six favorite Waffle Flower products of all time to feature in today's hop!
I love Waffle Flower's versatile dies! The Nesting Hearts Die gives you so many sizes of hearts to choose from. I used the smallest here to fill up the open spaces of the background die.

I also love all the unique Waffle Flower panel dies like the Micro Grid 1 Panel Die. It creates such a modern look with tons of texture on an otherwise very simple card!
Speaking of Panel Dies, the Big Dots Die is one of my all time faves! Pair it with the Horizontal Stripes Die to create a quick and easy rainbow!
Use the Vertical Stripes Die to create a diagonal rainbow background!

I covered this large heart from the Nesting Hearts Die with Vertical Stripes and then used the Oversized Thank You Word Die for the sentiment. I love ALL of the Oversized Word Dies!

It may sound strange to say circles are one of my top 6 products but the Waffle Flower Circles Die and Additional Circles are some of my absolute most used products! Between the two sets you literally have all the circles you will ever need! And of course I created that rainbow with the Vertical Stripes Die!

Speaking of the Vertical Stripes Die, I have a video where I share 5 ways to use cardstock strips die cut with the Vertical Stripes and Horizontal Stripes Die! Check it out here:
