The cutest Stamptember collaboration has to be today's! Pretty Pink Posh and Simon Says Stamp have collaborated to bring you these adorable stamps and die set Joy and Cheer.
If you love this adorable set, I would grab it sooner rather than later. Because this set is exclusive to Stamptember and once it's gone, it's gone for good!!
Today's video shares 5 ways to use large sentiment stamps. I am featuring the Simon Says Stamp / Waffle Flower collaboration, but unfortunately it sold out super duper fast!
But fortunately you can use all of these techniques with any large sentiment stamp you have in your stash! Or you can check out all of the oversized Waffle Flower sentiment stamps that I've linked to down below!
I love a good heat emboss resist with watercolor over large sentiments. Or a metallic heat emboss OVER an ink stenciled background!
If you've seen any of my videos, you know I love rainbow stamping. So creating a rainbow stamped background has to be one of the techniques today!
I did incorporate some die cutting because I also love panel dies.
So stamping on two patterned paper background and then creating two multicolor stripe cards is perfect for a large sentiment too!
Last, but not least, one of my favorite aspects of Waffle Flower oversized sentiment stamp sets is that they have large script words and small straight font sub sentiments...lots of sub sentiments! So I like to use the main sentiment and then include anything that could be used together as far as the sub sentiments and stamp those in different colors!
You can see all of these techniques and cards here:
And don't forget to check out the other available oversized sentiments from Waffle Flower down below! Thanks so much for stopping by!
This month is STAMPtember where Simon Says Stamp features exclusive partnerships, products and fabulous deals and sales ALL MONTH LONG. I got to play with the Sweet Cakes Stamp Set and used it to make three different cards.
With the various stamps and sentiments in the set you can make a wedding card,
a birthday card,
or a "you're the sweetest" card.
To create the background of these cards, I used some Faber Castell Whipped Spackle, a Simon Says Stamp Exclusive Stencil and some Therm O Web Deco Foils. I love the 3 dimensional foiled look! Check out this short video to see how the backgrounds and the You're the Sweetest card came together!
