How to Make Your Own Metallic Cardstock with NEW Simon Hurley Lunar Paste


I love metallic cardstock and paper, but buying lots of different colors can get pricey! Did you know you can use Simon Hurley's Lunar Paste to make your own?


I tried it out and came up with some tips and tricks to use the least amount of Lunar Paste!


Starting with a colorful piece of cardstock makes it super easy!


And using a Tim Hoiltz Ink Blender with a Domed Foam Blender makes a nice smooth consistent finish.


Once I created some new metallic cardstocks with the new colors of Simon Hurley for Ranger Ink Lunar Paste colors, I used them as backgrounds to create some cards with his latest stamps!


It is tough to see in these photographs but these cards have SO MUCH SHINE!

Catherine Pooler Swatch it Like it's Hot YouTube Hop + Giveaway!


Today is the Catherine Pooler Swatch it Like it's Hot YouTube Hop! We are celebrating the Catherine Pooler Swatch Bundle Release with lots of video inspiration and Catherine Pooler Designs is giving away an $100 gift card to their shop!


I used the Color Swatch Stamp Set to swatch out all my Catherine Pooler Inks.


I made ink blending swatches of my Catherine Pooler Inks and cut them out with the Ink Swatch Tag Die.


I downloaded the Catherine Pooler Color Wheel to find new color combos and then used the Color Swatch Stamp Set and the Spa and Party Colors Stamp Sets to keep track of those new color combinations.


I used the Ink Families Stamp Set to keep track of the ink families I have in my stash.


This new bundle really helps you figure out what ink colors you have


 and how they work together!
