When buying stamp sets, I often like to purchase their coordinating dies. But those dies can get pricey! So I like to find OTHER ways to use them besides just cutting out stamped images! In this video, I share five different ways to use coordinating dies without using the stamps they cut out.
Whether you stack them to create dimensional embellishments as I did above with the Concord & 9th dies or ink blend on some cardstock die cuts like below with The Stamp Market dies, there are plenty of ways to make your die cuts look great even when you don't use the stamped images.
Or you can simply add some faux stitches to those cardstock die cuts!
I love to create new shapes too! For this card I used leaf die cuts to create a laurel wreath.
I often forget about my patterned paper, but die cutting some pretty patterned paper is a great way to take those die cuts up a notch!
