Simon Says Stamp Rainbow is My Favorite Color Card Kit

The Simon Says Stamp June card kit is called Rainbow is my Favorite Color so of course I had to have it!

I created 6 quick and easy rainbow cards as inspiration!

The 6x8 stamp set in this kit includes 2 different rainbows, clouds, sentiments and more.

The inks and Fairy Jewels are so fabulous too!

There are the cutest patterned papers and Shape Sprinkles from Doodlebug too!

This kit really lends itself to slimline cards, A2 cards and more!

Favorite New Stamping Tool and Quick and Easy Father's Day Cards + YouTube Giveaway!

If you've seen any of my videos where I am stamping with large stamps lately, you know I have been using the Stamper's Secret Debby Tool. It really helps provide even pressure over my MISTI! This past week I had some carpal issues in my right hand and I was still able to work with large stamps by using my left hand to apply pressure with the Debby Tool! Interactive Slimline Shadow Box Cards!

It is so easy to make a shadow box card with Trinity Stamps' Slimline Box Card Die!

But even easier is adding an interactive element just using some cardstock, a paper piercer and a small brad!

In the card above the sun sets and rises. In the card below the hippo, marches over a hill.

Either way, the card folds up into a traditional slimline size!

How to Use Alpha Stamps | 4 Unique Ways

No Coordinating Dies? No Problem! Two Techniques for Using Stamp Sets without the Coordinating Dies!

I am not a great fussy cutter so I almost always buy coordinating dies.

But, every once in a while I decide to try stamps without the coordinating dies and spend that money on new ink pads or a detailed cover plate die!

There are still several ways to enjoy using those stamp sets. Like creating a one layer card with lots of colorful ink!

Or doing my dreaded fussy cutting to add dimension to the images. I usually choose simple images and lines for this and definitely avoid tiny images.

These two Catherine Pooler Stamp Sets were perfect candidates for both techniques!

With the money I saved I bought 4 new to me Catherine Pooler ink pads with their refills! Win-win!
