From the Heart

I have to admit that over the past year, I have submitted things for contests that I created for the sake of the contest. I didnt necessarily love the paper or say anything of consequence in the journaling and subsequently when I didn't win the contest, I felt like I was "stuck" with the layout and didn't really care for it.

Not so lately. Even when creating for a certain audience I have remained true to my style and message and so even when I don't win, I still feel like I have created something I am happy with and am happy to save. And that's really what it's all about, right?

Hey, winning every now and again wouldn't be too shabby either.

  1. “I have full faith in you. You are a winner already, to take an idea an make it real that is awesome.
You 2 is very lovely but my curiosity is aroused. What are the children looking at?
