Welcome to the DCWV/Therm O Web
Summer Lovin’ Blog hop.
Today, the design teams from DCWV
and Therm O Web have brought together all the things we love about summer! The
designers are have combined paper from DCWV’s Sunday Afternoon and Everlasting
\Love stacks, together with a variety of adhesives, mists and other fantastic products
from Therm O Web!
If you have come here from Rita's Blog then
you're on track! If not, you should go back to the DCWV blog and start today’s leg of the hop from there!
I had the pleasure of creating with the DCWV stack Sunday Afternoon. I made a gift for my daughter for the last day of 2nd grade -- a dressed up cork board and matching card.
Start with a cork board and adhere patterned paper to the cork with any Therm O Web glue runner. To adhere the large bow to the frame use Therm O Web Jumbo Zots. To easily adhere the strip of ribbon or trim use Therm O Web Sticky Lines.
Then use a small Therm O Web Zots to adhere the small bow. To make unique tacks, you need Small Therm O Web Zots, buttons, tacks and twine.
Tie twine through the button holes and then place on a small Zots.
Pull off the button with the attached Zots and stick to the tacks.
Finally, use the same DCWV stack to make a coordinating card. To make a 3d element use 3D Zots to pop up the sentiment.
Turn the element over, stick several 3D Zots down and adhere to card.
One of the great things about 3D Zots is they are clear so you can't see them sticking out from behind your popped up element!
Be sure
to visit all the blogs today, and leave comments for your chance to win!
Two lucky readers will win a set of 3 stacks from DCWV, and an additional
reader will receive an amazing gift pack from Therm O Web! The more you comment, the more chances you have to win!
