Scrapbook Circle's Daydreamer

Anyone loving the fun brights in Scrapbook Circle's April Daydreamer kit and Add On Hello There? So fun! Yesterday my Take Two layout was on the Scrapbook Circle blog. Take Two is a new blog feature where the Scrapbook Circle design team members pick one of their own layouts to lift. You can see my Take Two HERE, but this is my second layout or lift using Daydreamer:
The Heidi Swapp color magic resist banners and alphas make you want to mist! So today, I misted again on my One Item Wonder. I was assigned to show a different way to use the Scrapbook Circle printable (which is a pdf that you receive when you order a kit). I cut out a sunburst shape from the printable and traced it onto cardboard to make my own mask:

After misting over the cardboard starbursts I lifted them and you can see the white spaces where they were. To make a few stand out even more, I stitched around the shape. I misted the Heidi Swapp alphas and outlined them so they stood out even more. For the banner, I swiped silver ink over them and cut out tiles from the Jillibean Soup patterned paper for the second word in the title.
This is such a fun kit and really gets you in the mood to get a little messy! Check it out HERE and the Add on HERE.
