How to Stamp Inside a Shaker Window + Queen and Co Shakers

Hi everyone! I am up on the Queen and Co blog today sharing 4 new shaker cards I've created. Behind the scenes I have been busy creating tons and tons of shakers and so it was finally time to share a few!
I love the Foam Fronts because they make creating shaker cards SO easy!
I also love using the coordinating dies because then you can quickly customize your shaker card with any patterned paper or cardstock that you wish!
I used patterned papers from Queen and Co too and love all the bright colors!
I used a bunch of sentiment stamps from Paper Smooches too.
And speaking of stamping sentiments... I created this card with the sentiment stamped right inside the shaker for a different look!
Using pieces from the Foam Front kit and my MISTI, it was very easy to do!
I filmed a quick video to share some tips and tricks to stamping inside a shaker window. You can check it out here:

I hope you'll check it out and try out stamping inside a shaker window! Thanks for stopping by!

Simon Says Stamp Bit O' Green Challenge

It's been a long time since I participated in a challenge. I love challenges because they stretch you to use products or techniques you might not have otherwise. This week's Wednesday challenge on Simon Says Stamp is the Bit O' Green Challenge. I didn't have any Taylored Expressions in my stash, but I did have the March Simon Says kit that I hadn't cracked open yet and there is plenty of spring green in there so I used it to make this card.
The green patterned papers are from an Echo Park 6x6 pad that part of is included in the kit. I layered them and popped up the top with dimensional adhesive and tied it with a green twine bow. I also stamped the sentiment with green Avery Elle pigment ink and heat embossed it with clear embossing powder.

I am not going to link to the March kit because it is out of stock, but I will link to some of the elements of the kit that are still available AND I will link to the April kit. The April kit is equally as amazing!! If you are interested, I would grab a subscription because these kits sell fast!

Thanks for stopping by!

CardMaker Magazine & Pretty Pink Posh Blog Hop

I was super excited that the CardMaker Magazine blog and Pretty Pink Posh teamed up for a blog hop because I have been a huge fan of Pretty Pink Posh for a LONG time. I loved their sequins and and goodies for shaker cards and now that they are creating dies and stamps too I couldn't love them more! Be sure to check out the Pretty Pink Posh blog at the end of this hop because they are hosting a fabulous GIVEAWAY!
I made two different cards with my Pretty Pink Posh goodies. First I created this Easter card with the Easter Friends Stamp and Die set and the Stitched Notes Die Set. I used the pocket dies to create little hills and sprinkled some of the Fresh Garden Sequin Mix to mimic easter eggs.
For my second card, I used several layers of foam to create an egg shaped shaker element on my card.

I used the same stamp and die sets but I added some Clear Droplets to the shaker as well.
I created a video that walks you through step-by-step in creating this egg shaped shaker!

Your next stop on the hop is the amazing Heather Pulvirenti with incredible inspiration to share. Be sure to stop by and comment on all the blogs on the hop and end at the Pretty Pink Posh blog for your chance at that amazing giveaway! If you get lost along the way, all the blog stops will be listed on the CardMaker Magazine blog.

Thanks for stopping by!
